Well, we made it! A fantastic overland journey from UK to South Africa. 20,000 miles in six months with 2500 miles over hard going gravel roads and achieved largely thanks to the wonderful Land Rover Defender 110 Hard Top we purchased from you! When we think back to those meetings agreeing the specification, your recommendations were spot on. Try and keep everything inside you said, external grilles over the rear windows, secret safe, where to put that all important beer fridge, second internal fuel tank, in-line fuel filter, etc...
everything worked. Your patience when we needed tweaks to this and that and
your general level of excellent customer service is something to be savoured these days.
Fellow overlanders have complimented us on having such a good looking vehicle and the information on your “free advert” on the spare wheel cover has been noted more than once!
We are now resting near Cape Town for the summer before deciding what to do next. Whatever it is, the landy will be part of our next adventure. Here are a few photos, feel free to use this testimonial on your website.
