Dear Chris,
Words can’t express our gratitude to you and your staff. From the moment I first emailed you, you have been prompt, professional and always keen to help. In fact we both think of you as a friend.
When we decided to buy a used landrover we were pretty unsure what to look for and how much to pay. I have had quite a few cars and have been pretty good at finding a good one, but when it came to landrovers I hadn’t a clue.
Your frankness and honesty and genuine friendliness took the hard work out finding a good vehicle.
When we travelled up to meet see you, we had not intended to purchase a vehicle on that Saturday. However, after meeting you and looking at the many vehicles you had in, we felt very comfortable buying a used a used landy there and then.
The landy we purchased has been a joy to own. We have done six months of trouble free motoring and have loved every minute.
I will continue to recommend you to my friends and colleagues and I hope this letter goes some way to expressing our gratitude.
