- Series III Rebuild -
Engine
A choice of 2.5 litre naturally aspirated diesel or 2.25/2.5 litre petrol.
All engines are fully reconditioned including external fuel systems and fitted
with a new clutch.
Cooling system
New radiator hoses and water pump.Heating system is reconditioned.
Gearbox
All transmission units are reconditioned with gears, shafts, selectors, bearings
and bushes being replaced.
Steering
New manual steering box, relay and track rod ends.
Electrical
New lights, instrument clocks and wiring loom. Axles Fully reconditioned.New
shaft bearings,reconditioned differentials,new prop-shafts,c.v. joints and
bearing housings.
Chassis
Brand new.Galvanised optional.
Suspension
Fitted with new shock absorbers and leaf springs.
Bodywork
All new body panels.Re-manufactured bulkhead,seat base and rear body.
Interior
New seats and re-trimmed throughout with a sound proofing kit. Fascia and
fittings replaced as new.
The roof ,trim , windows and general layout of the vehicle is all built
to the customers specification.
All vehicles come with 12 months M.O.T and a warranty.
